The evening meal – Table d’Hôtes – consists of a dinner of three courses; entrée main dish and dessert. It also includes an aperitif. It is served from Thursday to Saturday only by reservation.

Apéritif: A Kir ‘maison’
Entrée: Potato and herring salad with cream and tarragon,
Main Dish: Our crépinettes cooked in Menetou-Salon wine, on a bed of puréed celeriac with vegetables of the day,
Dessert: Roasted plums or apricots, flambéed at the table.
We have a choice of wines to accompany your meals.
